Return Eligibility

1. Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within the days specified on item listing
2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, and with all original packaging, temper proof labels intact, and accessories.
3. Defective Items: If the equipment is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer support within 2 days for instructions on returning the item.
4. Custom Orders: Equipment and instrumentation sold 'As-Is'  are non-returnable

Return Process

1. Contact us: Contact us through the contact us form on this site and request a return authorization number (RA).
2. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Processing Time: Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

There may be exceptions to this policy, such as for items that are classified as hazardous materials or those that have been used beyond the return window. Please contact our customer support for specific inquiries.
